Beyond Shine Detailing™ provides professional automotive detailing services including, but not limited to:

  • Exterior detailing

  • Ceramic coatings

  • Paint correction

  • Membership maintenance plans

  • Add-on vehicle care services

All services are subject to availability, scheduling, weather conditions (for mobile services), and vehicle condition.

2. Pricing & Payment

Pricing for services and memberships is listed at the time of booking or purchase.

  • Prices may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, and requested service.

  • Membership pricing renews automatically according to the selected billing cycle unless canceled.

  • Payment is due at time of booking or upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • Failed or declined payments may result in suspension or cancellation of membership benefits.

3. Membership Terms

By enrolling in a Beyond Shine membership:

  • You authorize recurring billing at the selected monthly rate.

  • Membership benefits are non-transferable unless approved in writing.

  • Membership may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal charges.

  • No refunds are guaranteed for partially used billing periods.

  • Scheduling priority is given to active members.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

We request reasonable notice for appointment changes.

  • Late cancellations may be subject to fees.

  • Missed appointments may forfeit deposits or booking priority.

  • Severe weather, unsafe conditions, or service-area restrictions may require rescheduling.

5. Vehicle Condition

Customers agree that:

  • Personal belongings should be removed prior to service.

  • Existing scratches, dents, paint defects, stains, or interior wear may remain visible after detailing.

  • Beyond Shine Detailing™ is not responsible for pre-existing damage.

  • Some stains, odors, pet hair, oxidation, or defects may be permanent.

6. SMS Communications
